Intact Technology is seeking exceptional technologists to develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers. US Citizenship Required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.Implement reports and dashboards.Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented.Peer review of other developers’ user storiesProvide technical documentation as requiredDevelopment, management, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks. Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with software design and development 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core platform. Multiple implementations of ServiceNow modules within the last 2 years. Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, AngularJS and CSS. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)Ideal candidate would possess CSA, CAD, and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
