The ideal candidate will have:

Good Understanding & Experience in ServiceNow, specifically Service Catalog, ITSM Request Fulfillment, and Flow Designer.Determine problem areas within our current Service Catalog framework and recommend solutionsStrong experience and background in building request forms.Develop new UI . Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation of our Service CatalogSupport the design of custom catalogue items, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and the Product Manager for implementationCollaborate with the project manager and system analyst to establish timelines, specifications, technical documentation, and formsImplement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transitionClient-centric focus, strong communication, and teamwork skills to work optimally with multi-functional teams.Ensure effective collaboration and communication with vendor partners to meet project goals and timelines.Drive agile delivery practices to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and responsiveness in solution delivery.

ServiceNow Developer Requirements And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog and workflow design using Flow DesignerServiceNow scripting / JavaScript experience requiredServiceNow IntegrationHub experience requiredServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skills
