Job Description:As a Senior Front-End Developer at Zikra Infotech LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the development of the Z360.BIZ platform's user interface. You will be tasked with leveraging your expertise in Tailwind CSS, React, and the Inertia framework, along with a deep understanding of integrating these technologies with a Laravel backend, to create sophisticated, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces. Your role will not only involve technical execution but also leading the front-end development team, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Responsibilities:-Lead the front-end development of the Z360.BIZ platform, transforming complex Figma designs into dynamic, responsive web interfaces that ensure an optimal user experience.-Architect and implement front-end systems using Tailwind CSS, React within the Inertia framework, seamlessly integrated with our Laravel backend.-Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices for front-end development, including the creation of reusable code and libraries.-Optimize applications for speed, scalability maintaining a consistent brand experience across all designs.-Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the professional growth of team members.-Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deadlines. Requirements:-At least 2-3 years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of successful projects.-Advanced proficiency in Tailwind CSS, React, and integrating front-end frameworks within Laravel environments.-Demonstrated experience in converting Figma designs to responsive web interfaces, with a keen eye for detail and user interaction.-Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and advanced React principles.-Strong experience with version control tools, especially GitHub, and familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.-Excellent problem-solving skills, with a capacity to adapt to new challenges and rapidly evolving technologies.-Outstanding communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work effectively within the designated hours.-A reliable internet connection and a home office setup that supports productivity.
