Sr/Lead Java Developer

Design Architect and implement distributed and highly concurrent Java based enterprise services. Develop software with Java, Distributed caching and, SQL/NoSQL Databases. Design, implement and maintain highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications. Take responsibility of performance and stability for all server functions. Constantly help the team improve quality and production. Setting up fully automated test suite (Unit, regression and integration). Collaborate with product managers and expert business analysts. Understand business specifications to implement well designed solutions from defined requirements. Provide input to requirements regarding development limitations. Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. Evaluate complex business requirements and processes. Provide production support for several mission critical systems.
