Mandatory Experience: 4-7 years as a ServiceNow developer

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process- Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge- Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members- Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge- Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers- Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively- Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementation

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering- Hands-on experience in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS- Hands-on experience on various ServiceMow modules such as ITOM, HRSD and fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM
