Required Qualifications:
Technical Degree2-4 years of experience developing Zuora applications and customizationsKnowledge/experience working on SalesforceExperience with Zuora workflows and data cleaningProficiency in designing and delivering complex software solutionsExperience with SOAP and REST APIs for external application integrationStrong skills in Javascript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, and jQueryExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding oral and written communication skillsInitiative, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environmentComfortable providing emergency support outside regular work hoursUnderstanding of AMS project concepts and requirements, including providing weekend on-call support in rotation with the team
Role and Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and build customized solutions in Zuora Rating/BillingMaintain interfaces with other applicationsContribute to architecture discussions/decisions and improve development and release management processesPartner with business users to define, document, and clarify business processes and requirementsProvide excellent customer service for users across the organization in response to support requestsExecute change management processesMentor junior Zuora team membersBe part of the on-call weekend support team and provide full-time support on holidays as per the rotation plan
