Job Description

Software engineering: Apply your strong software engineering skills to design, develop, and test reliable, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Analyze and debug complex issues in the application, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and user experience. Code reviews and mentoring: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed. Integration with ServiceNow: If you have experience with ServiceNow, you will have the opportunity to integrate the React application with ServiceNow s platform to enhance the overall functionality and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications: Strong React development skills: Extensive hands-on experience in building complex web applications using React, Redux, and related libraries/frameworks. Full-stack development experience: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js will be a plus. Software engineering expertise: Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Experience with ServiceNow (bonus): Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow APIs, custom applications, and integrations, will be highly advantageous. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement them effectively. Team player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and tools such as Jira. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
