Nodejs Full Stack Backend Developer

ResponsibilitiesFocus on efficiency and process improvement needed for the backend services.Participate in code review, testing, and release management for the backend services toDesign, develop, configure, and maintain frontend/backend services.be used by various teams.Set, maintain, and increase standards for backend development to reduce complexityMaintain code integrity and organization with a good understanding and execution of security and data protection.Involvement in design discussions on data models, architectural frameworks, and business logic.Conduct regular feedback reviews, facilitate standards and quality within the team andreduce technical debt.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualification2 – 5 years of working experience in related fields.Attention to detail and good communication skillsDeep understanding of technologyExpert-level understanding and familiarity with JavaScript, React, And Node.js, with a proventrack record of shipping successful software products.Flexible and focused on solutionsOrganized and self-sufficientDiploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.Strong knowledge of backend development.Strong knowledge in designing, building and maintaining the software development pipeline.Experience with unit testing and TDD- based (Test-Driven Development) development.Good understanding of DevOps (git) to build, deploy and maintain code integrity.Good understanding of the website architecture (Database, API, proxies, web services, caching).Good understanding of React Frameworks (NEXTJS , REACTJS).Good understanding of NoSQL databases(MongoDB). and SQL databases (MySQL), API and Redis.Strong logical thinking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
