Azure / .net Developer is required by highly prestigious multinational brand. Our client is undertaking a multi-year Cloud Transformation, and as part of this migration they require a Developers to expand the new capabilities within their cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of highly performant public facing REST API's and associated system integrations in an Azure hosted environment.Documentation of API's conforming to the Open API 3.x framework.Review existing Legacy implementations and input from the architecture team and building appropriate solutions on the new platform following best practices.

Key Skills:C#, Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL, Azure CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus, Azure Function Apps, Azure APIM, Azure Front Door, Auth0, WebSocketsStrong development experience in C# and .NET core technologies built up across a range of different enterprise-grade projectsExperience of designing APIs from the ground up which conform as much as possible to REST principles in terms of Resources, Sub Resources, Responses, Error HandlingExperience of API design and documentation using Open API 3.x/YAML/SwaggerHands on experience of development, deployment, and support within an Azure EnvironmentDevelopment of Azure functionality that utilises the best in breed security and authorisation conceptsCreation and maintenance of build and release automation (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps.Performance tuning of APIs and Azure FunctionsElastic Search is beneficialFor a full consultation on this role please email your CV to Arc IT ASAP.
