Job Description:5+ years of professional experience with technical support of applications (Web or iOS/Android applications)5+ years of demonstrated experience developing Web Applications and Services using JAVA 11+/JAVA EE, Spring/Springboot, and other related technologies OR PythonDjango MVC frameworks in AWS Kubernetes cloud environmentsExperience with Kafka and Hazelcast technologies Ability to use multiple tools to test APIs, Review Logs (New Relic Logs or Other Log Aggregators), Debug App API calls, and review Data Objects to pinpoint issuesPrior experience with code coverage (Jacoco) and Unit testing frameworks (Junit5, Mockito, Powermock) Expertise in incident and response management processes like ticket handling, triaging, troubleshooting and postmortem reporting. Experience working with relational databases and troubleshooting database performance and latency issues.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in Java 11+/Python-Django applications. They should be able to analyze log files, stack traces, interpret data, run quick tests to pinpoint the root cause of problems and implement appropriate solutions.Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field and/or similar certificationExcellent problem solving and communication skill
