Our students love our "in-house" Coop programs where they can move from the Classroom to our Consulting department to gain hands on experience.We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer Instructor to join our Training department. You will be responsible for corporate and personal training using the BusyQA Curriculum. The ideal candidate is a current Full Stack Developer who is passionate about teaching and has a talent for explaining complex topics in a simple and relatable way.Note: This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be someone with a Full Stack Web Developer full-time job looking for a part-time gig that is fun with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:Create and continually update comprehensive web development curriculum that aligns with industry trends and standards.Deliver engaging and interactive classroom or online instruction, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering support in their learning journey and assisting with problem-solving.Assign and oversee practical projects that enable students to apply their skills and gain real-world experience.Conduct regular code reviews to provide constructive feedback and help students improve their coding practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest web development tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.Offer one-on-one assistance to students who require additional help or have specific challenges.Develop assessment criteria and conduct evaluations to measure student progress and success.Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging peer-to-peer interaction and knowledge sharing.Organize tech talks, workshops, and guest speaker sessions to expose students to industry professionals and trends.Produce educational content, including tutorials, articles, and videos, to supplement the learning experience.Help students tackle complex coding issues and provide solutions to real-world problems.

Qulaifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Over 10 + years of as a full stack web developer with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills.Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring.Proficiency in industry-standard web development tools and frameworks.Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learning methodologies.Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
