We are looking for a remote Senior Data Developer with Databricks and DevOps skills to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-intensive applications and platforms using DBT, Azure cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Developing data-intensive applications and platforms using DBTWorking with scripting languages such as Python, SQL and PySpark Handling big data sets and big data technologies Working with Agile and Kanban methodologies Communication skills to engage technical developers, architects, and stakeholders

Requirements

University degree in any IT discipline Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT industry Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in software development Expertise in Databricks and DevOps skills Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in a cloud environment Proven experience in working with data engineering technologies such as ADLS, Azure SQL and AWSGood written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)

Nice to have

Experience with Big Data tools such as Kafka, Hadoop and Spark
