Job Title: Mobile Application Developer (Native iOS with Android)

Location: Remote (LATAM ONLY)

Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Application Developer in OrchardTek, your responsibilities include designing and developing sophisticated mobile applications primarily iOS “Native” (and Android “Native” preferable) platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features and functionalities. Additionally, integrating external data sources and APIs into mobile applications is essential, along with conducting comprehensive unit testing to ensure code robustness and reliability. Upholding high standards of software quality by implementing best development practices is crucial, including bug identification and resolution, as well as optimizing application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.

iOS Application Developer Requirements:

-ARKit experience is a must.-Proven software development experience with expertise in iOS platform.-Proficiency with iOS SDK and Swift programming language.-Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.-Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.-Knowledge of cloud message APIs and push notifications.-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.-Experience with continuous integration.

Android Application Developer (highly desired):

-ARCore experience.-Proven software development experience with a focus on Android platform.-Proficiency with Android SDK and Kotlin programming language.-Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.-Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.-Knowledge of cloud message APIs and push notifications.-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.-Experience with continuous integration.

Optional: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Type: Hourly with high probability of full time.Location: Fully remote
