About the roleOur client is on the hunt for a passionate software developer (mid-level and senior) who has honed their skills in Ruby on Rails for at least 2 years. This role isn't just about coding; it's about becoming a key player in their tech community. ResponsibilitiesDesigning and developing new web applications.Designing and developing new web applications.Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.Creating back-end components.Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.Integrating user-facing elements designed by the front-end team.Maintaining APIs.Writing automated tests via RSpec RequirementsPossess a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails.Comfortable with front-end technologies such as: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.Previous experience in the HR software sector is highly valued.Having experience working for HR related software industry is a plus.Able to work independently and in a team environment.Location: Work remotely from homeOpen to local Malaysians.Normal working hours, Monday - Friday We're seeking candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also bring dynamic personalities and a commitment to development and collaboration.
