Your deep expertise in these core technologies will drive the development of a sophisticated, responsive, and intuitive web interface, as well as robust and scalable server-side applications. This role calls for a proactive leader in full-stack development, adept at navigating the intricacies of React and Tailwind CSS for front-end excellence, and leveraging Laravel for back-end efficiency and performance. Responsibilities: -Lead the development and maintenance of the Z360.BIZ platform, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.-Utilize React to build dynamic user interfaces, Tailwind CSS for custom, responsive design implementation, and Laravel to ensure a seamless integration between the front and back end.-Translate intricate Figma designs into fully functional, responsive web interfaces, emphasizing user interaction and experience.-Architect and code sophisticated web applications, ensuring the front-end and back-end work in harmony for optimal performance and scalability.-Establish best practices and standards for using React, Tailwind CSS, and Laravel within the team, promoting reusable code and efficient development workflows.-Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of growth and learning, with a focus on excellence in React, Tailwind CSS, and Laravel.-Ensure cross-team collaboration and clear communication, aligning project goals and deadlines with company objectives. Requirements:-At least 2-3 years of solid experience in full-stack development, with specific expertise in React, Tailwind CSS, and Laravel.-A proven track record of developing high-quality Saas products using React for front-end, Tailwind CSS for styling, and Laravel for the back-end integration.-Advanced knowledge in converting Figma designs into responsive and interactive web applications, utilizing React and Tailwind CSS for front-end development and Laravel for server-side logic.-Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, advanced React concepts, PHP, and Laravel principles.-Familiarity with version control tools, especially GitHub, and a strong understanding of CI/CD practices.-Exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies, and excellent communication capabilities.-Demonstrated leadership skills and the capacity to work within the designated flexible working hours.
