Job Description:We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

ResponsibilitiesWork with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutionsDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild the front-end of applications through appealing visual designDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and applicationsWrite effective APIsGood knowledge on AgileTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade softwareCreate security and data protection settingsBuild features and applications with a mobile responsive designWrite technical documentationWork with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements and skills:Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleExperience developing desktop and mobile applicationsFamiliarity with common stacksKnowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX designExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGreat attention to detailOrganizational skillsAn analytical mindDegree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

About Company:We are an Interview-as-a-Service company based in Boston, with over 4,000 Freelancers, which are Senior Tech Professionals (over 8+ yoe), conducting technical assessments in English for our clients (such as Wipro, Mercedes Benz, Mindtree, Scadea and many others) through our platform. - And we have just started expanding to more continents!Our FloExperts usually have a fixed job already, and they use our platform in their free time to earn extra in US Dollars when it fits their schedule. Our Interviews are pre-structured: you'll receive the questions to be asked and their ideal answers examples, already pre-established - Meaning that your expertise and knowledge will be the most important to evaluate and provide feedback to the candidates - no need to plan the interview and create questions ahead.As our clients are tech companies mostly from the USA, the interviews follow the USA time zones (EST, PST, etc.) - also UK time zones sometimes - and our working hours easily fit into free time slots.Each conducted interview length is around 45/50 minutes and the compensation is $15 US Dollars per interview (monthly paid through the platform Payoneer).
