We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sitecore professional to lead our support team, addressing break-fix issues and implementing small enhancements to ensure the optimal performance of our Sitecore platform. In addition a thought leader for our client to give them advise and recommendations on how to best leverage CMS systems across their enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership:Be a trusted advisor to the client on both Sitecore and other CMS topics.
Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of Sitecore developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous skill development.Sitecore Support:Ability to handle backlog of security vulnerability issues and prioritize with client stakeholders.Oversee the resolution of break-fix issues related to the Sitecore platform, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance.Enhancements and Upgrades:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements for small enhancements and improvements.Coordinate the implementation of Sitecore upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Technical Expertise:Serve as a technical authority on Sitecore, staying updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform features.Provide hands-on development support for complex issues and guide the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Documentation:Ensure knowledge transfer from other vendor to Capgemini team and document best practices for Sitecore development.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in Sitecore development and support roles, with a focus on healthcare industry experience preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading development teams.In-depth knowledge of Sitecore architecture, customization, and best practices.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to the Sitecore platform.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
