We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will play a critical role in developing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to meet and exceed business requirements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, passion for technology, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities to deliver scalable and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing on the ServiceNow platform and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Change Management, Custom Applications, and Workflows.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services.Perform system and integration testing and identify and resolve issues to ensure quality delivery.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Document all technical solutions and maintain best practices in code development and configuration.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices; recommend improvements to enhance platform performance and usability.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior developers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and technical architecture.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.Experience with ServiceNow APIs and web services integration (REST, SOAP).Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified ApplicationPreferred Qualification:Developer (CAD) certification
