Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Control-M Developer to join our team for a remote position with our client, BCBS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Teradata, ETL processes, Teradata utilities, and Big Data technologies. Experience or familiarity with healthcare data, particularly within the BCBS domain, is considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Control-M workflows to automate and orchestrate data pipelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.- Implement best practices for scheduling, monitoring, and maintaining Control-M jobs.- Optimize job performance and resource utilization to meet SLAs and business objectives.- Document workflows, processes, and configurations for reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Control-M scheduling and administration.- Strong knowledge of Teradata database, ETL processes, and related utilities.- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.- Familiarity with healthcare data structures and compliance standards, particularly within the BCBS domain, is preferred.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a remote environment.
