You will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects from conception to completion. They will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and closeout.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Evaluate project performance using key metrics and report findings to management.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to team success.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management and development.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably in real estate development, construction, or related industries.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
