Python Developer - Remote

We are looking for an accomplished Python Developer to join our team to design, develop, and implement our software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Python programming, a deep understanding of software architecture, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software applications.

Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust and scalable Python-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop and deliver new features.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Architect and design software solutions that align with business objectives.Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance software performance and reliability.Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the development process.

Skill & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in Python and its ecosystems.Experience with modern web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.)Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsMentor and technically guide junior developers
