= Roles & Responsibilities:1) 50% of the time- Setting the boilerplate code for projects as per Clean Architecture.- Working closely with the Product Owner to plan Sprints.- Mentor other junior iOS engineers in the team and assign tasks to them.- Conduct reviews of code and pull requests.- Setup and maintain CI/CD.2) 30% of the time- Coding complex features in a project.- Rolling up your sleeves and helping the juniors in the team to move past any show stoppers.3) 20% of the timeRead, watch, experiment with latest advancements in the iOS platform.Present to the team what should be incorporated in our coding, how & why.Convert these presentations to blogs & open it up to the community.

= Skills- Extremely proficient with Xcode- Knows how to use the tools like using the memory profiler etc.- Has used in an active project and has a clear foundational understanding of MVVM, VIPER or Clean Architecture.- Has used in an active project and has clear foundational understanding of RxSwift.- Has used in an active project and has clear foundational understanding of Dependency Injection using libraries like Swinject or others.- Proficient with Git tools
