Position Title: IT Solutions Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Solutions Developer as a contractor full time. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C# development and PowerShell scripting to design and implement custom IT solutions tailored to our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

2. Develop and maintain custom applications and scripts using C# and PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes.

3. Integrate IT systems and applications with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 SharePoint to ensure seamless functionality.

4. Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues and optimize performance.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT development, particularly in relation to Microsoft technologies.

6. Provide technical support and assistance to team members and end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proficiency in C# development, including experience with .NET framework and Visual Studio.

3. Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for automation and system administration tasks.

4. Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 SharePoint.

5. Experience in designing and implementing custom IT solutions to address specific business needs.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other programming languages and technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, or REST APIs.

2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
