Principal Salesforce Developer

Must have-10 -15 years of salesforce dev experience with 3-5 years in a salesforce architect roleStrong experience with integrating of salesforce with other platformsProven experience with custom Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visual Force design and development.Background in JAVA or .NET is a huge plusMust have experience in an industry with constraints- healthcare, financial (HIPPA, SOX, etc...)AWSNo Direct reports but will have leadership responsibility and should have mentorship skillsMust have strong communication skills- someone who is good at explaining things and who can work with businessExperience with source control, Git preferred, and with CI/CD build pipelines, Jenkins preferredDemonstrated expertise in integrating Salesforce with various platforms and applications, such as EHR systems, HR systems, Billing systems, and patient portalsExceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.Experience with ETL and integration tooling is a plus

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:· Salesforce certification preferred· AWS certification preferred· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) strongly desired
