AWS Developer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled AWS Developer to lead a greenfield project involving the integration of financial systems and ERP using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS technologies and extensive experience in developing RESTful services using ASP.NET Core and C#. This role requires a candidate who can effectively communicate status updates and work independently while being accountable for project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.Work with AWS services, focusing on serverless architectures using Lambda and container orchestration using ECS with Docker.Ensure clear and effective communication as the primary accountable individual for the project.Apply knowledge of Dependency Injection in line with unit testing practices.Participate in creating testing environment and possess a holistic view of testing methodologies.Manage authentication and authorization processes.Integrate with third-party services, with awareness of public endpoints and security considerations.Implement event-driven workflows and containerization.Interface with Oracle ERP for data writing tasks.Engage in CI/CD practices and have familiarity with AWS CDK.Keep in mind the potential for future UI integration, ensuring API scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications:Proficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and ECS.Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, particularly in LINUX environments.Strong knowledge of C# with .NET Core.Experience with Dependency Injection and unit testing.Familiarity with Oracle ERP and data management.Exposure to CI/CD and AWS CDK (CloudFormation, Terraform also acceptable)Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Understanding of event-driven workflows, containers, authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations.

Must Haves:Experience in developing an API surface, preference on ASP.Net 6/8AWS Development, preference with ECS FargateCI / CDExperience with infrastructure automation, AWS CDK
