Senior Front End Developer

PLEASE NOTE:

The preferred candidate will have previous and current experience working with small, resource-constrained startup companies. In this role, you will need to accomplish more with limited resources, including gathering customer requirements, contributing to design and wireframing, and ultimately handling the development and deployment of the user interface. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, building, testing, deploying, and taking ownership of your creations in production.

During the review and selection process, you will be asked about your proficiency with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or equivalents. Additionally, you will be requested to provide samples of user interfaces you have designed, showcasing your work in requirements gathering, wireframing, and implementation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're a prominent player in the Data and AI cloud industry, is seeking a Technical Architect to join their team. As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with end-users to design, architect, and deliver highly impactful solutions across various industries. This customer-facing role requires deep expertise in data management and experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems. Leveraging cloud services, you will architect and develop containerized and/or serverless SaaS/PaaS solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine requirements, participate in design discussions, and conceptualize complex features.

Spec out the implementation details and work with peers in a collaborative environment to bring features to life.

Work across the stack, building intuitive user interfaces while enhancing backend services.

Debug challenging problems and provide innovative solutions.

Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality features, including writing unit and integration tests.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

7+ years of expertise in React and related libraries, with extensive use of React, Redux, and fluency in TypeScript and Node.js.

Mastery of CSS and styling best practices.

Understanding and experience building domain-driven RESTful APIs.

Proficiency in SQL.

Strong product sense and feel for design, UX/UI.

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions to ensure consistent performance across different web browsers.

Strong understanding and real-world use of user-centered design practices.

Advanced experience using Figma for creating libraries and prototypes.

Experience creating design guidelines.

Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge with the team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Master's degree in Computer Science.
