Senior Python Developer – Fully Remote

Senior Python Developer opportunity with an innovative fintech. Our Client provides smart regulatory compliance solutions to global top-tier banks. The Irish office is in Dublin however this role can be fulfilled 100% remotely from anywhere within Ireland

This role reports to the CTO and will join a small team of BE (Python) developers and FE Devs working on new generation of cloud-based analytical products.

ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of APIs and web application backends using PythonSolution design with Business and Technical stakeholders, including rapidPrototyping solutionsTake responsibility for development of significant elements of a mission-critical SaaSplatform.Work without close supervision to deliver high quality software through the full SDLCFocus on code quality and continuous delivery methodologyDevOps mentality to deploy cloud based applications (High Availability, Disaster Recovery, o Performance and Scalability, Security etc)

Qualifications:8+ years total dev experience in comparable product environments (any language)Python web application and/or API development.Strong SQL and RDBMS modelling skills.Proficiency in cloud-based development, DevOps, operationsRequired Tech exp: Python3, SQL (ideally PostgreSQL), Linux, NLP (desirable)
