Job Description:As an Angular Developer Technical Interviewer, you will be responsible for assessing the technical skills and capabilities of candidates applying for Angular developer positions within our organization. You will conduct technical interviews, evaluate candidates' proficiency in Angular development, and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we onboard talented individuals who can contribute effectively to our projects and initiatives.Responsibilities:Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in Angular development, including knowledge of Angular framework, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.Evaluate candidates' understanding of core Angular concepts such as components, directives, services, dependency injection, and observables.Assess candidates' ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot Angular applications, including their knowledge of best practices and coding standards.Review candidates' code samples, projects, and portfolios to gauge their level of expertise and craftsmanship.Provide constructive feedback to hiring managers regarding candidates' technical skills, strengths, areas for improvement, and overall suitability for the role.Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Angular development, and share your knowledge with the team.Requirements:Proven experience as an Angular developer with a strong understanding of Angular framework (Angular 2+).In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Angular CLI, Webpack, and npm.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.Prior experience in conducting technical interviews or assessing candidates' technical skills is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired.
