Data Migration ETL Developer

Key Role:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) key data and metadata from the Oracle Data warehouse. Extract, transform, and load code design in Informatica using data migration tools, including SQL Server Migration Assistant, to the new Azure Cloud Synapse database. Work independently to develop implementable code and design and develop unit and regression testing scripts. Work with a highly dynamic team, executing in an Agile program environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Informatica ETL developmentExperience with Oracle DBExperience with data migrationExperience with SQL and PLSQLExperience working with data integration and data warehouse solutionsExperience with PowerShell scriptingExperience interpreting data, analyzing results, and using statistical techniquesAbility to design, build, deploy, and support end to end ETL processesAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree

Experience with Azure Synapse DBExperience identifying and applying methods to cleansing data quality issuesExperience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniquesExperience on an Agile delivery teamExperience with Jira and Confluence collaboration toolsExperience on Business Intelligence programsExperience with scripting languages such as PythonExperience working with Federal Government clientsExperience working with data types, including workforce, human capital, procurement, acquisitions, real property, personal property, security, logical, or physical accessPossession of strong verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
