Ruby on Rails Developer

Position- Ruby on Rails DeveloperExp- 6+yearsLocation- Pune/Remote

Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new features and enhancements on existing RoR (Helix/Inspectrum) Rug applications.- Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- 7+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and related front-end technologies.- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with other web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Laravel.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
