Job Description: seeking a talented and experienced Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Pega-based applications.- Design and develop Pega solutions using best practices and industry standards.- Customize and configure Pega applications to meet specific business needs.- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of existing Pega applications.- Stay current with Pega technology trends and advancements to continually improve development processes and practices.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in Pega development, including hands-on experience with PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).- Proficiency in Pega development tools such as Case Designer, Data Modeler, and Report Designer.- Strong understanding of Pega application design principles, including class structure, inheritance, and rulesets.- Experience with Pega integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JMS) and frameworks (PRPC frameworks, Decision Management).- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile/Scrum).- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Pega certification(s) such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) is a plus.
