About the JobWe are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Express, React Native, and PostgreSQL to join our in-house development team. This role is ideal for an experienced full stack developer ready to take the lead on building an MVP from the ground up. Working as the main engineer with guidance, you'll be responsible for developing high-quality code with minimal technical debt. We're looking for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, capable of adapting to the project's evolving needs and comfortable with iterative development. The successful candidate will be data-driven and analytical, treating each feature development as a hypothesis to test and validate through app usage analytics.

Working HoursThis is a full-time contract with flexible working hours, encouraging a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements4+ years of experience building production-level mobile applications.4+ years of experience building production-level servers.2+ years of experience in full stack development, specifically with Node.js, Express, React Native, and PostgreSQL.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.Commitment to working in a high-quality code environment with an all-encompassing analytics foundation.A thorough understanding of complex codebases and a drive to continuously improve technical skills.Solid grasp of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Ability and confidence to solve unfamiliar problems in creative ways.

ResponsibilitiesLead the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, using React Native for mobile front-end and Node.js/Express for backend, integrated with PostgreSQL databases. Prioritize high-quality, maintainable code throughout.Drive the planning, execution, and adaptation of new features and bug fixes, aligning closely with the evolving product roadmap.Foster a culture of continuous learning, navigating complex codebases, and encouraging innovative problem-solving within the team.Conduct rigorous code reviews and collaborate closely with the product team to maintain high-quality standards and optimize application performance.Stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies in software development to continually innovate and improve team capabilities.
