Job Title: Oracle ADF DeveloperJob Type: FulltimeLocation: North Wales, PA (Remote)
Responsibilities:Providing L2 / L3 support & bug fix for iCaps and iCapEx applicationsResolve support tickets raised in Service Now under L2 categorySupport business functions and Resolve incidents in day-to-day operationsMonth / Quarter / Year-end closure support to key business users/ super usersDesign, Build, Test and support production support issuesEngage business in the scoping and finalizing business requirementsTest components in development instanceDocument requirements, design documents (functional and technical), test script, and quick reference guides (QRGs) following Hyatt document standardsFollow Hyatt’s change management process which shall be communicated to Service Provider well in advanceWork with the users on the deliverables and get timely signoffsDocumenting and Maintaining SOPs and KEDBOn-call support for P1 issues.Raise risks/issues (if any) on time.
Skills & Experience Required:8 years of hands-on experience in L2/L3 Application Support and Development in Oracle ERPStrong Development Skill of ADF(Application Development Framework), Java/J2EE, SOA/BPELUnderstanding of Oracle WAS (Server Start/Stop, User Access Management, Facilitate with Oracle - Upload log files) and Oracle SQL/PLSQL/Oracle Reports and DiscovererITIL certification will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills.
