Laravel (PHP) Developer

Role Description: We are looking for a new team member (known as a Husssler around here) to join our team as a Laravel Developer.

Your mission will be to build web applications, APIS and administrative interfaces for our diverse array of B2B and B2C clients, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.

A successful candidate will be adaptable, eager to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment, and committed to lifelong learning in the tech landscape.

What You'll Do:

Develop, test, and deploy web applications and APIs using Laravel, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.Maintain and enhance existing Laravel applications for optimal functionality and user experience.Build administrative screens for various administrative tasks for existing and new applications.Implement MVC architecture and other design patterns to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components and screens with server-side logic.

What You Are Good At:

5+ years of experience in PHP development with a focus on Laravel framework. Experience in another PHP framework would be a huge advantageStrong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel frameworkUnderstanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.Agile/Scrum development process understanding.Effective time management skills, able to prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for both team collaboration and client interaction.

Bonus Points:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Linux and Docker experienceExperience with NoSQL databases
