As an Intermediate .NET Developer, you'll delve deep into all aspects of application design, engaging with cross-functional teams. This role entails understanding, communicating, and promoting application architecture goals, championing solutions that emphasize quality and maintainability, and mentoring junior developers to ensure superior code quality. You'll operate as part of an agile development team, working across various aspects of software development. Qualifications· 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering/Development using .NET· 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Advanced Database Design, T-SQL and Stored Procedures· 4+ years as a collaborative member of an Agile team· Proficiency with AI-based tools· Expertise in computer programming using .NET (versions including 1.1 / 2.0 / 3.5, Core), ASP.NET, AJAX, VB / C#, JavaScript, VB Script, HTML, and XML/XSLT· Familiarity with Microsoft’s .Net Framework, Web, and Windows Applications architecture· Strong background in Object-Oriented languages and Design Patterns· Excellent communication skills· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field· Experience with Web Applications using Angular/React and in developing secure, scalable API services Roles/Responsibilities· Engage in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and automation of vital business processes· Automate data exchange processes· Collaborate with analysts and designers on new software applications and tools· Write, code, and translate software programs and prototypes as per specifications· Assist the QA team with data processing, logic, and error resolution· Monitor software performance, debug and improve as necessary· Develop interactive tools for both internal and external deployment· Administer diagnostic tests and provide solutions· Produce user manuals and guidelines· Work alongside Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to address requirements· Lead in documenting development best practices· Design and manage scalable software components· Make pivotal design choices and set technical standards Nice to Haves· Experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Benefit Management industries· Business Process Automation expertise What we offer· Competitive Compensation· Flexible scheduling and work environment· Leadership Training· Benefits
