Role: Sr. Android Developer

Location: 100% remote, however, candidates must currently be located in a hub city (Cincinnati, OH or Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL or Boca Raton, FL)

Contract : 12 Months

Strong experience using Kotlin and JavaStrong analytical problem-solving skillsExperience with Jetpack Compose.Experience developing Android features (Backend service calls to displaying the UI)Experience with unit and instrumentation testing.Detail oriented, works well in a team and individuallySelf-starter with strong initiative and ability to work under pressureUnderstanding of the entire mobile development process (design, development, testing and releases)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround timesExcellent organizational, time, and project management skillsBusiness-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines

Bonus Points / Nice to Haves:

3+ years of experience working on large scale Android applicationsDesign and UX sensibilitiesA solid understanding of best practices and techniques regarding scalability, performance, and securityExperience with continuous integration tools such as Gitlab, Team City, and BitriseExperience with test automation frameworks such as Appium, Firebase, and Perfecto
