Job Description
As A ServiceNow Developer/Implementer, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation on behalf of the Cybersecurity department. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on process development and improvement, request fulfillment, and automated workflows within modules in use by the Cybersecurity department. This includes, but is not limited to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Module, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response modules.
Will work in security under the engineering team as dedicated SN resource to do all the work needed in dev and test environment. Current ITSM SME would then schedule test to prod and work together for production break-fix
Become familiar with the current ServiceNow instance and functionality and hit the ground running performing development work in the environment related to cyber modules.Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity teams to gather requirements to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.Design, develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications; primarily those in use by Cybersecurity department and integrate with other applications and platforms and necessary.Provide strong project and task management skills and collaborate well with other ServiceNow engineers.Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain minimal custom workflows. Orchestrate and automate tasks where possible.Train, document, and support Cybersecurity ServiceNow operatorsEnsure that the software meets requirements by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process. Troubleshoot and resolve problems, where possible.Support data migration as needed.Be detail oriented, problem solve independently, manage multiple streams of work concurrently, be proactive, work with other developer team members, and display strong commitment and ownership of work.
