As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our client's flagship iOS application. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver cutting-edge features and ensure an unparalleled user experience. From implementing intricate user interface components to resolving software defects, you'll contribute significantly to elevating the product to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Implement user interface components based on provided design documents and wireframes.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Swift code adhering to best practices and coding standards.Document implemented features, components, and functions thoroughly.Actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.Resolve software defects and issues identified during development and QA processes promptly.Provide regular progress updates and actively participate in team meetings and activities.Collaborate with Multiplayer pod engineers to understand and enhance existing systems, data structures, and design patterns supporting team email collaboration.Work closely with product managers to ensure requirements are fully understood and met within communicated timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, and mobile) on implementing features and technical design.Work on bug fixes and app improvements.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in mobile development.Proficiency in iOS development using Swift.Familiarity with iOS development tools such as Xcode.A degree in Computer Science is ideal but open to non-traditional backgrounds.Proficiency in front-end mobile development.Experience designing and implementing solutions for large-scale problems (8-16 weeks long).Demonstrated ownership in building components or subsystems from start to finish.

Nice to have:

Experience in backend development.Familiarity with GoLang or Python.Knowledge of Postgres.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Familiarity with TypeScript.Exposure to React.Experience in web application development (not web pages).3+ years of experience with other tech stacks such as web development or backend development.
