Tech Lead/Full-Stack Developer to be our new Co-Founder

We are a newly launched startup with an exciting vision of combining travel and physical products to help well-known brands increase customer loyalty and add value. Our goal is to disrupt the marketplace industry by offering a unique and innovative solution to customers. We are currently in the final stage before developing our MVP and are looking for a talented Tech Lead/Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

For the moment, we are bootstrapping but will offer sweat equity for the right candidate. We are looking to raise our first round of funding around October 2023. We believe in creating a company culture that values and rewards hard work, innovation, and creativity. Our team consists of seven individuals from different areas including travel, UX design, marketing, and PR, and we all share a passion for building something that truly makes a difference in the world.

As our Tech Lead/Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading our technology team and overseeing the development of our platform. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be responsible for the technical vision, strategy, and architecture of our platform.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Leading the development and deliveryManaging the technology teamMaking strategic technical decisions to ensure the platform's successDeveloping and maintaining the technical roadmapEnsuring the scalability and reliability of our platformCollaborating with other team members to ensure technology aligns with business needs and goalsHands-on experience in full-stack web development, working on both the front-end and back-end.Writing code for the application

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experienceStrong experience in full-stack web development, with a deep understanding of modern web technologiesExperience managing the delivery of software productsStrong background in software development, including web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud technologiesExperience with modern web frameworks, languages, and toolsExperience with agile software development methodologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
