POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Front-End Developer to join our dynamic global R&D growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications. As a Senior Web Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Lead the design and development of responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web applications.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and iterate on design concepts.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using the latest web technologies.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.Additional responsibilities and duties as required.

Target Compensation: Annual base salary target of $97,000 to $140,000 depending on job related knowledge, skills, and level of experience.
