About The Role
You’ll be our first growth marketer. You’ll pioneer the GTM motion, have a major role in shaping the culture of the GTM team, and will be working closely with the founders.
Your KPIs will be focused on growing website traffic and maximizing inbound leads for the sales team. You’ll double down on what is currently working (content marketing) + experiment with new channels and methods.

Responsibilities
Grow top-of-funnel through content marketing for developers. Develop best-in-class content that engages and educates developers. Distribute content in multiple formats, including blogs, video, social, and other formats. (whatever you think will get us to our goals)Generate new ideas for channels and campaigns, aggressively testing your theories, and scaling winners while cutting losers. Create case studies with our customers and turn them into valuable social proof to distribute. Build and action our SEO strategy. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand how to best target your audience. Show demonstrable improvement in our growth KPIs within 3 to 6 months.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a growth or acquisition marketing role. Experience marketing to developers & the developer tooling space. SEO experience. Proven track record of past successes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed and proactive. Metrics-driven & an experimental mindset. Bonus points:Previous experience writing content for a developer audience. Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
Annual Salary
The expected salary range for this position is $110k - $140k. The expected equity range for this position is 0.25% - 0.75%.
