Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Drupal Developer at Managed Services (MSS). The Drupal Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and web development tasks. The Drupal Developer will utilize their knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) to develop and maintain Drupal-based applications, and handle day-to-day tasks related to Drupal development.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture Update and upgrade Drupal core from 7 to 10. Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely and effective manner

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Over 4+ years of relevant work experience in Drupal 9,10 Development. Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP. Laravel Knowledge is a plus. Experience creating custom Drupal modules, custom themes. Integrate external APIs to extend website functionalities or sync data. Deep understanding of Drupal's architecture, API, and best practices. Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Information technology or related field
