Position: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Dehradun

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:* * Define the product vision and roadmap * Identify and prioritize product features based on user needs and market trends * Conduct market research and analyze competitor landscape Project Management:* * Develop and execute project plans within scope, budget, and timeline * Manage product backlog and prioritize work items * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and track progress * Manage risks and issues, escalate when necessary Technical Expertise:* * Have a strong understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) * Collaborate with development team to translate product vision into technical requirements * Ensure product quality and adherence to technical standards Stakeholder Management:* * Communicate effectively with stakeholders (business, development, sales) * Manage expectations and resolve conflicts * Present product roadmap and progress updates Additional:* * Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for building successful products

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management (IT preferred)* 3+ years of experience in product management or related field* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget* Strong technical knowledge (software development, frameworks)* Agile methodologies certifications (Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner) a plus
