Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer & React Developer with experience in using AI tools for design conversion. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency in React.js. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and be adept at converting design concepts into functional and visually appealing React components, utilizing AI tools to streamline the development process.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate design concepts into responsive React components.Use Generative AI tools to efficiently convert existing UI/UX screens into React code, ensuring high fidelity to the original designs.Apply best practices in UI/UX design and React development to enhance user experience across all platforms.Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, React development, and AI tools to continuously improve the product.Work closely with other developers and designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work.Proficiency in React.js and a good understanding of its core principles, including state management, hooks, and the component lifecycle.Experience with AI tools and platforms that assist in converting designs to code, such as GitHub Copilot, Figma plugins, or others.Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Familiarity with version control tools like Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education:Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
