Role Summary:The Contract Python Developer will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing image editing tools and algorithms. Focused on utilizing OpenCV, ImageMagick, and similar technologies, this role requires collaboration with our project teams to integrate image processing functionalities into web applications, contributing to a rich and interactive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop image processing algorithms using Python, emphasizing the use of OpenCV and ImageMagick.Work alongside project teams to seamlessly integrate image processing features into web applications.Optimize the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of image processing tools and workflows.Ensure code quality and maintainability.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software solutions.Document the development process, including design, implementation details, and testing.
Requirements:2-3 years of proven experience in Python development with a specialization in image processing.Expertise in using image processing libraries and tools, notably OpenCV and ImageMagick.Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous.Demonstrable ability to write efficient, clean, and well-documented code.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex image processing tasks.Effective communication skills, essential for team collaboration and project documentation.A portfolio of relevant projects that display your skills in image processing and web development (if available).
