We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join the most important team in our company, the customer success team. Our customers are the number one priority, and you will be on the front lines keeping them happy.
In this role, you will be helping our customers around the world to work with our system. You will participate in the implementation process as a technical engineer, perform software installation and configuration.
You will be tasked with solving or escalating technical/functional issues or questions and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to address the customer requirements, questions, or issues.
We are looking for someone with technical skills, along with great communication skills, and a love for making customers happy.
About the Role
Participate in software implementation projects (HRM) as a technical engineer.Perform software installation and configuration.Communicate and support new and existing clients.Analyze requirements and provide technical consultancy.Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues with software.Walk clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
The ideal candidateCan do Attitude, customer first mentality.Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.3+ years of experience in a technical support role.Certifications are preferred, but not required.Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software and applications.Experience in business software implementation and support (ERP, HRM, CRM, Accounting etc.)Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
