Ruby on Rails Backend Developer (Remote)

About Dealer Studio:Dealer Studio is a leading Australian provider of eCommerce software solutions for the Automotive industry. We work some of the largest automotive dealerships and dealership groups across Australia and are also partnered with multiple vehicle manufacturers.

We’re looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our fully remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building new features developed on a Ruby application.

Location: Fully Remote (within Australia)

Requirements:Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (at least 2-3 years of experience)At least 1 year of react.js experienceExperience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQLUnderstanding of software development principles and design patternsExperience with source control management tools such as GitExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience with test-driven development (TDD)Experience with agile development methodologiesExperience with cloud-based services such as AWS
