SALESFORCE CONSULTANT
As a Salesforce Consultant you will be responsible for supporting salesforce CRM products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Marketing cloud etc.) including all third-party software integrations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage cases and tasks assigned to him/her on a daily basisWork on and resolve cases within the specified SLAsHandle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etc.Handle basic Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations(e.g. appexchange installations, outlook integration)Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teamsCollaborate with members of the user community to define and document development requirementsParticipate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application designProvide an accurate status report to the project lead consultantProvide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancementsImmediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants
QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience:2+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce or 5+ years experience developing for other platforms
Technical/Functional Skills:Demonstrated intermediate to high level of skill in relational databases, object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, algorithm analysisWell-versed with languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML
Soft Skills:Good work ethicsAble to work independently and in a team environmentCreative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box)Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentTime-management and priority management skillsEffective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)Can work efficiently and productively
