Geographic Information System Developer

This is a hybrid role (2-days onsite) for those local to the Austin area. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates outside of Austin, but local to Texas.

This position is seeking a Geospatial professional with data and web development skills using python and the Esri platform and JavaScript API. This position will serve primarily as a front-end web developer assisting with application development, interface design, data automation, workflow management, data publishing and data lifecycle management, and database ETL. Experience with Esri suite of products such as Web App builder, experience builder, workforce, Survey 123, Collector, ArcGIS dashboards and/or other tools a major plus.

Position supports with developing configurable web-based GIS applications to be used in an internal environment for analysis, visualization, or other business needs. Experience with Esri JavaScript API/JavaScript development required. Strong python and JavaScript programming skills will be applied to development and maintenance of web interfaces, data automations, data publishing processes, data manipulation, and ETL as primary responsibility. Position will assist with application and data management documentation, internal process wiki contributions and content, and input for training documentation.
