Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Researcher and Developer at Derek Coleman and Associates Corporation. The Artificial Intelligence Researcher and Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing advanced machine learning algorithms and models that can be used to develop innovative software solutions for our clients. The role will involve using state-of-the-art technologies to analyze large data sets, and develop machine learning models and pipelines. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge and strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, optimization algorithms, as well as programming skills in Python, Java, C++ and experience in working with cloud-based computing platforms and software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with relevant work experienceStrong experience and in-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, optimization algorithms, and statistical modelingProficiency in programming using Python, Java, C++, and cloud-based computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform)Experience in using advanced machine learning technologies such as convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch and KerasExperience in text and natural language processing, and computer vision is a plusStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentExperience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models at scaleExperience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and SQLExperience developing solutions for diverse industry verticals e.g., healthcare and tech industry
